Mr. Hoyoung Cha
Ph.D. Student
He is conducting research aimed at quantifying the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of rainfall, with a particular focus on an interdisciplinary approach to the fusion of data from rain gauges, radar, and satellites. His work centers on critical areas such as preparing for complex disasters caused by rainfall and managing water resources at a national level. Furthermore, he emphasizes addressing environmental issues that may arise in urban areas, with the goal of providing solutions that contribute to the sustainability of human life.
